We’re Annie and Doug, the owners and people behind the everyday operation of Remington Flats. We’re personally invested in every guest’s experience, from the little touches that make you feel welcome to making things right when something doesn’t go as planned. No corporate management, no revolving door of employees. Just two people who genuinely care about the place we’ve created and the people who stay here.

We’re tucked into a charming residential neighborhood, just steps from Colorado State University and a short stroll to the best restaurants, boutiques, breweries and entertainment of Old Town Fort Collins. 7.  W E  H A V E  B I K E S. REALLY COOL BIKES.

Fort Collins is a city best explored on two wheels, and we’ve got just the bikes for the job. Our complementary New Belgium cruiser bikes let you experience the city like a local, whether you’re heading downtown, exploring our extensive bike trails, or simply enjoying the ride. It’s one of our favorite ways to share a little Fort COllins Magic with our guests.

8.  WHAT WE’RE NOT

We’re not a conventional hotel, and that’s entirely intentional. You won’t find a bustling lobby, a traditional front desk or someone hovering over your stay. What you will find is privacy, independence, thoughtful amenities and owners who are just a phone call away when you need us.
