The question most commonly asked of us is “What are you exactly?” Our single building is a four-plex with four separate studio apartments two ground level, two upper level and each with their own entrance to the outside. There are no indoor common spaces, no adjoining rooms or shared spaces. The only time you will encounter other guests is if you spend time in the fire pit/bbq area.
