Annie & Doug

Remington Flats is personal because we’ve kept it that way. We’re Annie and Doug, Fort Collins natives who transformed a quirky little building that once housed graduate students into something entirely our own. Every detail reflects our love of this community and our belief that where you stay should be part of the experience.

We run it ourselves. We create and choose the art, plant and maintain the gardens, select the local treats, clean the studios, share the places locals actually eat and drink, and get to know our guests, many of whom have been coming back for as long as we’ve been in business. This is probably the part we love most.

Remington Flats is our version of Fort Collins: a little unexpected, very personal, and meant to feel like you belong here.
