Requirements:
Events 10-25 people: Minimum 2 Night Stay for all 4 Studio’s
Events 25+ people: Minimum 2 Night Stay for all 4 Studio’s, must contract with an approved Local Professional Event Planner
Who We Work With
Because we want your event to be a huge success we have specific Event Planners that we work with who know us, know the space, and have hosted events, big and small. If you have a specific planner who is not on our list we will want to meet with them first to ensure a smooth event for you and us.
Weddings and Rehearsal Dinners
Remington Flats is the perfect place to hold your pre-wedding gatherings! With four separate, spacious studios you can enjoy being together with family and friends without having to share a single common space. We keep our gardens and grounds in near perfect conditions making a beautiful backdrop for picture taking.
We welcome LBGQT couples as well as people of all races and religions. We can help with set-up prior to arrival as well as connect you to a local wedding coordinator.

Alumni Reunion
Being less than one mile from the New Colorado State University Sonny Lubick Stadium and across the street from Campus has it advantages! Host a CSU event gathering for you and your fellow RAMS and then make the easy and safe walk to and from the campus.
We are experienced at throwing parties so we'll get everything ready for you. We can set up whatever you need and put you in contact with our favorite catering restaurants Nick's Italian, Snack Attack, or Music City Hot Chicken.
Bachelor. Bachelorette. Friends Getaway. Family Reunion
Being together with friends and family is the best! Renting one big house can be fun until it's time for everyone to get ready and you have to use one or two bathrooms for 10 people. Hotels solve that problem but don't have a private area or the intimate feel of a shared vacation rental.
Remington Flats is the best of both worlds. Private suites with their own bathrooms, kitchens to prepare your family favorites, fire pit area for hanging out together, picnic area with barbecue. We can accommodate 12 persons at Remington Flats and 4 at our sister property only three blocks away.
