Rental Policies

A few important details to help ensure a comfortable stay for you, our other guests, and our neighbors.

  • Must be at least 21 to reserve a studio unless accompanied by a parent or guardian

  • Check-in begins at 2:00pm

  • Check-out 10am (Noon Checkout with 24 hours advance notice and $75.00 fee)

  • Additional persons above 2 guests at $30 per night (roll-away bed provided)

  • Children under 7 years of age stay free max 2 children (pack-n-play available)

  • Please tidy up after cooking

  • Please be considerate of other guests and our residential neighbors. Quiet hours start at 10pm weekdays, Midnight on weekends until 8:00am

CANCELLATIONS

At Remington Flats, we understand that travel plans sometimes change. Remington Flats offers different rate plans at time of booking, each with its own cancellation terms. The cancellation policy associated with the rate plan you select at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.

Remington Flats does not take responsibility for changes to your reservation due to inclement weather, changes to travel plans, illness or injury, family emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances.

Non-refundable Payment is due in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable

Flexible Refundable Rate Plans:

  • A 20% Non-Refundable Deposit is charged at the time of booking

  • The remaining balance is charged to card on file 7 days prior to arrival

  • Once the remaining balance is charged, the reservation is non-refundable

  • Reservations canceled less than 7-days prior to arrival date will be charged in full

Third Party Reservations:

Reservations made through Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Stash, or another third-party booking platform are subject to the cancellation policy agreed to at the time of booking through that platform. These policies may differ from Remington Flats' direct-booking policies. All changes or cancellations to third-party reservations must be made through the platform where the reservation was booked.

PETS

Dogs are welcome in our FoCo and Bohemian Studios with advance arrangements and applicable fees. We do not accommodate cats or other pets inside the studios.

  • Pet fee: $45 per dog for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for weekly stays, and $125 for monthly stays. Fees are paid at the time of booking.

  • Dogs are permitted in the Bohemian and FoCo Studios only.

  • Size restrictions apply. Please see the booking page for details.

  • Undisclosed or unapproved dogs are subject to the applicable pet fee plus additional fees of up to $100.

  • Service animals are not considered pets and are permitted in all studios.

SMOKING

  • Smoking or vaping of any substance are not permitted inside the studios. Used cigarette or marijuana smoking materials must also be disposed of outside the studio in the ashtrays provided and may not be brought inside the studios

  • Smoking is allowed on your private patio and in outdoor common areas when other guests are not present. Please be considerate of other guests and dispose of your materials in the ashtrays provided on your patio.

  • Please store your marijuana and pipes in airtight containers or in your car

    Fire Pit

    City Ordinances Regarding use of fire-pits enforced. Natural wood burning inside the city limits is not allowed however, we will provide Duraflame logs for you to use with advance notice.
