Situated only four blocks from Colorado State University and within walking distance of the best Fort Collins has to offer, the Fort Apartment is an ideal base for business travel and vacation.

This 900-square foot basement apartment accommodates up to three adults but two would be more comfortable for an extended stay. The apartment includes a private yard and entrance and free parking on the premises. The corner vantage point offers great people watching!

The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and tons of built-in storage, and a queen-size convertible couch in the living room. Extended visits are cozy and convenient, and thanks to the full kitchen you can save money by eating in. Also included: Cable TV, Super High-Speed WiFi and Desktop friendly workspace.
